Here is how a bottle, tumbler, or accessory moves from your order to your doorstep.

Destinations and delivery charges

Delivery is currently available to eligible addresses in Canada. The available service and its charge are shown at checkout before payment. A free-delivery offer applies only when the checkout confirms that your order qualifies. Prices and checkout amounts are in USD.

Two stages of delivery

After successful payment authorization, normal order preparation takes 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, the estimated transit time is 4–6 business days. Count these periods separately; business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. These estimates are not a promise of arrival on a particular date.

Address and tracking information

Check the recipient name, complete delivery address, and contact information before placing your order. Tell us promptly if a correction is needed; a change may no longer be possible after dispatch. Tracking information is provided when available from the carrier, and the first scan can take time to appear.

When a parcel needs attention

Weather, holiday volumes, carrier disruption, or an address issue may extend the journey. If tracking stalls, a parcel appears lost, or delivery is marked complete but you cannot find it, check the delivery location and household first, then email careygibson1915041@gmail.com with your order number, checkout email, and tracking number. For shipping damage, keep the packaging and send photographs of both the parcel and affected item so we can investigate with you.
