These terms describe use of our store and purchases made through its checkout. Read them together with the linked shipping, refund, payment, and privacy pages.

Using the store

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when ordering or requesting support. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse accounts, or attempt unauthorized access.

Product information and order acceptance

Check the capacity, color, size, compatibility, and contents stated for your selected product. Screen colors and packaging presentation can differ, but this does not remove your rights when goods are materially misdescribed. If an error affects your order, we will address it rather than treating inaccurate information as binding without review.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An acknowledgment records receipt of that offer; acceptance depends on confirmation and fulfillment. Inventory shortages, unverifiable payment, an invalid address, or a material listing error may require an order to be declined or cancelled, with any applicable refund handled accordingly.

Prices, payment, and delivery

The store currency is USD. Review the price, taxes, and delivery charge shown at checkout. Preparation normally takes 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization; estimated transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days. These are separate estimates excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Available Canadian delivery services and charges are confirmed at checkout. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

We accept defective and non-defective new-merchandise returns and exchanges requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind items must be new, unused, and in their original condition; reported problem items need not be undamaged. Obtain approval before mailing a return with the free prepaid label included in your parcel. Missing labels can be addressed with support, and no restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days after approval. Bank or provider posting may take longer.

Content, responsibility, and changes

Store content and third-party trademarks remain subject to their owners' rights. Do not reproduce or misuse protected material without appropriate permission. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law; mandatory consumer protections and remedies remain available.
